We booked a survey for a flat we are purchasing. The purchase has been dragging a bit, so I highlighted how important it was to have the survey and report in the shortest amount possible.
My appointment was initially booked for the following week, but I received a call a few hours later to check if I would be available to have it the following day, due to a cancellation.
On survey day, we received the report (quite well done, with pictures and quotes) before the end of the working day.

Environ have been excellent. Friendly, helpful customer service on the phone. Today I had Adam, one of the engineers, proofing/sealing multiple entry points for mice and rodents in my flat. There were many cavities to seal up and Adam meticulously assessed the property over several hours. He was very respectful, friendly, and diligent. I felt confidence in what he was doing.
